A compatible combined order
Illustration: five requests of 20 identical units can meet a supplier minimum of 100 units. Different models, colours, packaging or specifications may not combine. One buyer’s cancellation can affect the batch; agree what happens before payment.
Inputs and support
Provide your exact variant, quantity, sample requirements and latest acceptable date. Discuss minimum-order compatibility, how charges are allocated and what inspection evidence is practical for a small batch. This can suit a retailer testing a new accessory, subject to the product’s requirements.
Agree before joining a batch
Confirm the batch deadline, approval process, cancellation and refund terms, and what happens if the supplier minimum is not reached. BDT payment and a possible 50% advance are proposals for eligible orders only. No payments are collected on this website.
What makes five requests compatible?
- Shared requirement
- Five requests × 20 identical units = 100 units in this illustration.
- Check separately
- Colour, model, packaging, supplier minimums and the batch deadline.
- Agree in writing
- Cost allocation, approval, withdrawal and refund terms if the batch cannot proceed.
Illustrative requirements only. Availability and commercial terms require confirmation.
Four records that make decisions easier to trace.
Ask which records will be supplied and who approves each stage. The agreed scope determines the actual documents for your request.
- Requirements brief
- The product reference, essential specifications, quantity by variant, destination and timing constraints.
- Itemized quotation
- Included tasks, estimated costs, exclusions, validity and the inputs still awaiting confirmation.
- Inspection record
- The agreed checklist, sampling scope, photographs or test evidence, findings and your approval decision.
- Handover record
- Quantity and visible condition at handover, relevant documents and the agreed route for follow-up questions.
