How it works

Know what is being agreed, what needs checking and what comes next.

01

Share your requirements

Product links, specifications, quantity, destination and target timing.

02

Agree the scope and quote

Review the written scope, cost components and conditions before approval.

03

Inspect and coordinate

Agree inspection evidence and choose a suitable freight route.

04

Arrange handover and support

Confirm the handover record and the agreed route for questions.

A decision and a record at every stage

Start with a requirements sheet. Review a written quote and scope before approving. Agree an inspection checklist and freight responsibilities. At handover, retain the item count, condition record and agreed support route. An estimate remains provisional until weight, dimensions, classification and relevant charges are confirmed.

Conditions to confirm

BDT payment and a 50% advance are proposed for eligible requests. Applicable rules and written terms must be confirmed first. This website collects no payments.

Illustrative gross margin before other selling costs

20%Arithmetic illustration only. Not a quote, net profit or a market price.
KNOW WHAT TO KEEP

Four records that make decisions easier to trace.

Ask which records will be supplied and who approves each stage. The agreed scope determines the actual documents for your request.
