Specification checklist
Record overall dimensions, materials, load limits, assembly requirements and finish samples. Specify hardware and replacement parts.
Inspection questions
Check finish, joints, dimensions and included hardware. Photos cannot substitute for an appropriate structural test.
Transport considerations
Compare assembled and flat-pack volume. Agree moisture protection, corner protection and delivery access.
Look beyond the product price.
Confirm unit price, packaging, sample and inspection charges, freight, duties and taxes, and local delivery. Quantity, packed dimensions, material and required documentation can change the total. There is no universal duty rate or delivery promise.
